As part of our Ramadan 2020 Campaign, we have distributed your generous Zakat, Sadaqah and Fidyah donations to the poor and needy families during the last ten days of Ramadan.
On the 17th May, 2020, we managed to distribute our initial Zakat, Sadaqah and Fidyah in the form of food aid provisions in three villages of Banyumas district areas, Central Java.
Our food aid pack contains 10 kg rice, 2 kg sugar, 2 litres cooking oil, 10 packs of noodles and 1 large bottle of soy sauce.
Our distribution avoids any potential over-crowding by adhering to social distancing measures, ensuring the safety of our volunteers and beneficiaries. In doing so preventing further spread of the Coronavirus.
Alhamdulillah, our initial food aid provision reached 100 families straight to their door steps.
We work in collaboration with various Indonesian organisations in the UK to deliver this initiative. We are very grateful for the support and collaboration from all our partners during our on-going campaign; The Last Ten Nights – Ramadan 2020.
